Distance and mobility will no longer be barriers to effective treatment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>How does RPM work?<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Orion Health\u2019s RPM,\nwhich in its simplest form, is a directed communication platform between\npatients and their circle of care. It transmits key patient information\nelectronically to clinicians for analysis and treatment adjustment. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The aim is to empower patients to monitor their health in real-time and to adopt healthier behaviour patterns in response to active daily monitoring.
