Today\u2019s healthcare system is moving from treatment to prevention. Digital health interventions\u2014such as mobile apps, wearable devices, clinical decision-support systems, and telehealth platforms\u2014are already delivering significant improvements in primary care outcomes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

These technologies enable earlier detection of disease risk factors and offer continuous health monitoring. As a result, patients and healthcare providers can act proactively rather than reactively, transforming the way we manage health and wellness.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
