He has decided the time is right to step back to focus on his health and set in motion this next phase of the business, after 30 years as CEO.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Brad Porter is currently the General Manager Commercial (International Sales) at Fisher &amp; Paykel Healthcare where he helped to lead the 1,300 person global sales team across 53 countries. During his time at the company revenue increased from $800 million to a peak of almost $2 billion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Porter has a strong commercial background and previously worked for KPMG before moving to London for an investment monitoring role with Coller Capital. While in the UK he also delivered advisory services at Kinetic Partners before returning home to join the sales team at Fisher &amp; Paykel Healthcare. Not to mention that he also represented New Zealand at age group level in rowing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>McCrae says Orion Health has found a leader with the vitality, passion and experience needed to achieve the company\u2019s significant global growth goals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cOrion Health isn\u2019t a typical global healthcare company. We\u2019re better described as a pack of startups, doing everything we can to solve the most pressing problems in healthcare with groundbreaking new technology.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cOrion Health has always been a proud family business, a sense of wh\u0101nau is at the heart of our company values.
