It&#8217;s been brilliant all of our residents or majority of our residents have dementia, so it&#8217;s really difficult for them when the doctor comes in. If everything is on CHIE they don&#8217;t have to remember everything that they need to say. Being able to get their NHS number and just click on there. I&#8217;m also a medication lead so knowing all their medications and things they need it just makes it so much easier for me. I think it gives us the benefit of having person-centered care they know that we know everything that we need to know. So, it gives them a good a good basis that we&#8217;ve got the care level that their parents or family members require.
