Since we started using CHIE, we have been able to look up all the clinical information of our residents in a fairly quick manner. So much so that when people have appointments, we don&#8217;t have to wait for the GP to send a letter resuming what the appointment was about we can just look it up. The same goes for blood tests and any X-rays. So last week, for example, we had a resident who went into the hospital. She was admitted, and she came back the day after. Unfortunately, she came back without a discharge letter.
