    The Tech

Shantanu Padhye - Software Developer (Graduate 2015)

I’m proud to say that I’m a software engineer working at Orion Health. Pushing features towards our goal of creating the number one precision medicine platform empowers me to continuously develop and evolve myself as a young developer. Creatively being able to solve problems and having really intense technical discussion have been some of my favourite moments working here. I personally believe that our technology platform truly creates positive medical outcomes for all patients.

    The Difference

Sam Shearer - Marketing Intern (2016)

I was fortunate enough to get an internship in the marketing department at Orion Health. I’ve been looking after the customer relationship database, organising marketing collateral and now working with sales enablement updating our sales book, which will be used to educate our sales team on product updates. The biggest lesson I’ve learned here is how fast paced the industry is, everything is constantly changing and if you don’t adapt you will get left behind. From little old New Zealand, Orion Health is changing the way global healthcare operates, and being surrounded by the inspiring people that make that happen is what drives me to come to work every morning.

    The Learning Opportunity

Bitna Bae - Implementation Consultant (Graduate 2015)

There is never a shortage of things to learn at Orion Health, and there are plenty of travel opportunities. I recently went to Manila for on-site support. It was great to be able to go overseas and meet both the client and team members in person.

Sam Penfold - Information Security Analyst (Intern 2014)

Whether it's dodging a nerf bullet on my way to the coffee machine or attending the evening fitness classes, Orion Health really keeps me on my toes. In my two years working here I've gotten fit (after 23 years of inactivity), joined a bunch of clubs, and made some awesome friends.

    The Youth Voice

Connor Clements - Digital Communications Assistant (Intern 2013, Graduate 2016)

I feel like I have the opportunity to make a difference everyday. Its a cool feeling knowing that you are helping to spread the word and aid the company to help people. I don't directly save lives like some of our employees do with our software, but I get to be a part of it and that's a rewarding experience. I love working with such intelligent, trustworthy Orion Health staff from all over the world in an interesting and ever-changing environment!
