Auckland, New Zealand – Orion Health™ (OHE:NZX/ASX) a global eHealth software company delivering interoperable solutions for hospitals and healthcare facilities worldwide, today announced the release of Orion Health Enterprise version 10.1.
The Enterprise solution allows end-to-end management of the hospitals, ranging from financial management, and the electronic placement of diagnostic orders, building the foundation to enable the hospital network to continuously improve the quality of its healthcare services.
This latest version of Enterprise delivers a number of customer focused innovations to help users work smarter. Enterprise 10.1 provides a comprehensive set of tools to support the end-to-end care of patients in the hospital, these include:
- Unified patient search: users can now seamlessly search between Enterprise’s local patient records and external master patient index.
- Outpatient Activity Workbench: A real-time view of past, current and future activities for appointments and outpatient visits.
- Enhanced reconciliation of patient demographics: demographics for two patients (Primary and Secondary) can now be done when performing patient linking.
- Improvements to Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Appointment creation, Outpatient Management, Clinic, Inpatient Management, Outpatient Management, RIS, LIS, Referrals, Waiting Lists, and Security updates

In April 2016, VINMEC International Hospital announced the opening of the second of four new hospitals, all using Orion Health’s Enterprise solution. This also marks globally the first implementation of Orion Health’s multi-facility Enterprise solution. Just 11 months since the project kick-off, VINMEC Tan Cang (Park) and Nha Trang are able to share patient information across multiple healthcare facilities using a single integrated solution, enabling a single view of the patient record and standardised workflow for both clinical and administrative staff.
