{"id":9065,"date":"2020-09-04T01:31:00","date_gmt":"2020-09-04T01:31:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/orionhealth.com\/?p=9065"},"modified":"2024-08-12T23:17:10","modified_gmt":"2024-08-12T23:17:10","slug":"orion-health-releases-enterprise-20-2-0","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/orionhealth.com\/nz\/media-releases\/orion-health-releases-enterprise-20-2-0\/","title":{"rendered":"Orion Health releases Enterprise 20.2.0"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><br>Orion Health&nbsp;has released&nbsp;version&nbsp;20.2.0&nbsp;of its complete hospital&nbsp;solution, Enterprise.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Enterprise is a functionally rich hospital&nbsp;information system&nbsp;that provides end-to-end management of hospitals&nbsp;across patient administration, clinical, departmental management, ancillary departments and back office.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In Enterprise 20.2.0 we have introduced several new features&nbsp;across departmental applications, back office and pharmacy.&nbsp;We have also enhanced&nbsp;the&nbsp;clinical documentation features&nbsp;that&nbsp;already exists&nbsp;in Enterprise with the ability to integrate&nbsp;seamlessly&nbsp;with&nbsp;third-party&nbsp;solution&nbsp;Quippe&#x2122;,&nbsp;in order to support&nbsp;our&nbsp;customers&#8217;&nbsp;journey to&nbsp;HIMSS&nbsp;EMRAM accreditation.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The new features and enhancements included in the latest release&nbsp;focus on patient workflow and will enable hospitals to process patients&nbsp;through their system&nbsp;more efficiently and accurately.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>These&nbsp;customer-focused innovations that&nbsp;will&nbsp;help users to work smarter include:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Improved outpatient&nbsp;clinic&nbsp;management&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Users are now able to make changes to sessions more efficiently&nbsp;with the introduction of session template edits.&nbsp;This improved functionality&nbsp;allows&nbsp;users to amend the session set up, define when&nbsp;any&nbsp;changes will take effect from&nbsp;and easily reschedule any patients impacted by the changes.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Theatre&nbsp;management&nbsp;workflow enhancements&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The ability for users&nbsp;to&nbsp;create&nbsp;a&nbsp;\u2018Surgical&nbsp;Request&#8217;&nbsp;has been implemented as part of the surgical booking workflow.&nbsp;Users can utilise&nbsp;this&nbsp;new feature in order&nbsp;to keep track of&nbsp;the&nbsp;processes&nbsp;that need to be completed&nbsp;for a patient&nbsp;and hospital to be ready for surgery, prior to the booking being made.&nbsp;These requests can be created and managed in isolation or linked to an admission request or admission.&nbsp;Requests can then be booked into&nbsp;theatres, cancelled or deleted, with a viewable audit trail.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Increased capabilities in&nbsp;back office for&nbsp;patient billing&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Users are now able to edit&nbsp;single invoices that are part of a multiple invoice split&nbsp;provided they are in temporary status.&nbsp;Prior to this update, users were required to void all invoices in&nbsp;a split if any of them required editing.&nbsp;This feature&nbsp;will&nbsp;help&nbsp;to&nbsp;improve&nbsp;operational&nbsp;efficiencies and supports&nbsp;electronic invoice submissions.
