    Ian McCrae founded Orion Health in 1993, an award-winning, global provider of healthcare information technology advancing population health and precision medicine solutions for personalized care across the entire health ecosystem. Passionate about the role that technology plays in making personalized healthcare a reality, Ian leads ground-breaking technology focused on digitally enabling and integrating health systems.  He spearheaded the development of the company’s flagship products--Rhapsody Integration Engine and Amadeus, a big data could-based platform--which help manage more than a 100 million patients records globally. His teams deliver patient-centered healthcare and quality health outcomes that help clinicians improve care and help patients live healthier lives. Ian holds a Masters in Engineering Science and a Bachelor of Engineering from the University of Auckland, New Zealand.

    Sarah is the Line of Business Owner for Orion Health's Clinical Products. Leveraging Orion Health's Open Platform to improve clinical efficiency by putting comprehensive data & decision support in the hands of the whole care team & patient, improving care for individuals and populations in the full range of clinical settings. Sarah has worked at Orion Health's Auckland headquarters for over five years, and she was previously the Global PMO Director, before that she was the Global Resource Centre Director.

    Greg leads a team that is responsible for supporting our global leaders to attract great people, engage and recognise these people for doing their best everyday. Greg's team also lead major change initiatives aimed at continually lifting the performance of the organisation. Greg joined Orion Health early in 2015, where he has utilised his 18 years senior leadership experience in large complex organisations to assume global responsibility for ensuring that Orion Health have the right people engaged to deliver their best work everyday, make changes to the way we work to ensure we sustainably out-perform our peers, and establish a structure and process to manage quality, risk, and software security.

    Gary is responsible for the strategic planning, ongoing development and growth of Orion Health in North America. He draws from more than 30 years of experience pioneering healthcare technology in Canada.

    Prior to joining Orion Health in 2011, Gary was Managing Director for Healthcare with xwave (a Bell Company). While there, he built and managed partnerships. He also drove development of integrated healthcare solutions such as xwaveEMR - a hosted Application Service Provider (ASP) electronic medical record for primary-care physicians in Ontario.

    Gary has exemplary credentials that include spearheading the implementation of Canada’s first fully-integrated electronic patient chart; introducing high-volume scanning of patient records into Canada and creating the largest healthcare document-capture facility in North America. Gary has held various senior-management and executive positions, including Chief Operating Officer of a major Canadian health-informatics firm. He has directed development of technology solutions and expanded services that resulted in the introduction into Canada of many leading medical technologies.

    Gary is head of the ITAC Health Board, he is a CPHIMS-CA certified professional and holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from Acadia University.
