ICP is the population management company of HonorHealth health system.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>ICP\u2019s nearly 2000 physician members represent a broad spectrum of primary care physicians, and medical and surgical specialties with a pluralistic model that allows providers to remain independent and entrepreneurial. Its focus is on achieving the \u201cTriple Aim\u201d of healthcare: improving the health of the patient population, improving the patient experience and reducing costs.
