Unlike airports that can delay or cancel flights during IT systems outages, hospitals do not have the luxury of postponing emergencies. The recent CrowdStrike outage that impacted Microsoft users highlighted the dependency hospitals have on their Electronic Medical Records (EMR) solutions to help them provide the right care for the right situation.
