By integrating and sharing clinical information between any existing or new systems, Enterprise has a lightweight hardware footprint that can scale up as required to respond to new care requirements or allow for growing patient volumes.

Patient Administration

Enterprise enables efficient patient flow, supporting the booking of resources in the health system. It optimises the processing of patients: from registration, to referral, to waiting list, to admission. All paper forms related to the patient are electronically captured with point-of-service scanning. Built in support for barcode identification enables automatic recognition of the patient, visit, caregiver, and form type when scanned back into the system.

Integrated Back Office Management

Enterprise has a configurable rules engine and integrated back office management solution encompassing the full revenue cycle and the solution enables charge authorisation, invoicing, claims, and support for electronic submission to payers. Enterprise supports the pre-authorisation of services combined with charge estimates. Real-time charge capture allows the monitoring of authorisations and deposits, as well as the reduction of late charges.

Surgical Management

Scheduling of equipment and resources as well as the capture of consumables and high-cost disposables all contribute to accurate reporting of cost, and improved management of the Operation Suite. Surgical checklists can be built to support the local needs of the healthcare organisation, and in-theatre billable activity can be captured for submission to revenue management.
