The Challenge

Justice Health faced significant challenges managing inmate healthcare due to fragmented information across care settings, frequent transfers, and evolving treatment plans. The reliance on paper-based systems complicated workflows, leaving clinicians with incomplete records and posing risks to patient safety. They needed a solution to connect medical histories, treatment plans, and medication data to reduce errors, enhance decision-making, and streamline care management.
